Personalised Learning

Our aim at Napier Girls’ High School is to develop a broad, relevant and challenging learning environment to enable every student to reach her highest academic potential, as well as gaining the essential skills and values for life beyond school.

Napier Girls’ High School stands on its proud history and tradition but we have a clear commitment to provide personalised learning that will ensure students are successful now and in the future.

Accelerated learning is where students can do multi-level study, for example level one NCEA whilst in Year 10, Scholarship in Year 12 and university papers in Year 13.

Another feature of our personalised learning is the provision of e-learning. BYOD is well established in our school and as a result, all students have access to e-technology.

Our girls excel in NCEA gaining outstanding results at all levels, including Scholarships.
